It’s time we had an honest, open conversation.

It’s about your skincare habits.

I’m not here to judge or scold you, but I think we both know you’ve been committing some skincare sins.

And hey, no one is perfect. I’ve been where you are.

But that’s why I’m here now… to help you be better than you were yesterday, and to tell you that it doesn’t have to be this way.

2018 is YOUR YEAR for good skin, and here’s a short list of three New Year’s Resolutions that will make this year your most radiant yet.

  1. Treat your face with gentle, loving care. That means no rough scrubbing, aggressive towel drying, or over exfoliating. Use the same amount of pressure you would use on a ripe peach. Gently massage your cleansers, serums, and moisturizers into the skin with your fingertips, and pat your skin with a towel to dry it. This will prevent wrinkles and will keep your face looking and feeling youthful.
  2. Resist the urge to pop pimples with your fingertips. If you must squeeze a zit, do it with the proper tools (hint, hint… stay tuned). We all know that popping zits leads to scarring, so be very cautious and choose your battles. Some zits aren’t meant to be popped, and that’s okay.
  3. Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! You can’t overdo it when it comes to moisturizer. Light layers of hydration work wonders on the skin, and can help solve problems you didn’t even know were caused by skin dehydration.
